Staff Capacity Development
The Association believes that the progress and success of its operations is directly proportional to the quality of its HR resource. Since staff is core and the most important resource the Association has, it is given special consideration and in the plan staff will be provided capacity building workshops, seminars locally when and if financial resources are available.
